Okay,thanks for your reply, it was just a general enquiry as I was reading a
book called "The first heroes" by Craig Nelson, about the Doolittle raid.

Nope. Never knew them. As far as I know they never joined the 344th.

Check
google for the 322nd stationed just north of us in Belgium, Maybe those

guys
can help.
