Registration is now open for the first US Junior Soaring Contest to be hosted by the Texas Soaring Association from July 11-15. This is a sanctioned event for pilots under 26 years old at the time of the contest. If a junior pilot does not meet the experience requirements for an SSA Regional, they may still participate and gain experience flying with a US Team Coach in a two-seater.

JP Stewart and his team are aiming to make this as affordable as possible through the use of contest rebates provided by the US Rules Committee and donations.
