It's actually a frame from a low-budget war movie in the early '50s.
Can't remember which one now, I saw it (probably) 40 years ago.



You could very well be correct. However, so far, in five minutes I
have found at least three web sites which have published this same

Also, the movie clip answer doesn't explain the difference in the
canopies.


Based on the dates of the movie, wondering if these are P-51H or P-51K
models, which do have the slightly different canopies.
