Both my PC and someone I sent the original link to are having problems. My
PC won't boot properly and his PC is restarting.

My antivirus didn't notice any problem.

It screwed up some of my hardware drivers, I had to reboot, reset my video
card drivers, etc. I have not had any problems since, but maybe I am just lucky.
