The only confirmed tampering the with official records I've read about
lately are those by Democrat (and until recently Kerry advisor) Sandy
Berger.

Forget it, walt's on a roll. He seems to have come to the conclusion this is
his own personal newsgroup for him to constantly spew off topic. I suppose it
is to make up for not having been in the military so he attacks a man who has.
