That is going to be a tough one to draft (pun intended). It will have to be a
"rolling age" law until we are all dead :-).

I will support your effort if you include 80plus year old college student,
photographer, retired ad-men. Also ex Warrant officer bomb aimer/navigators and
anyone who even remotely kisses their rears on a newsgroup.
