Looks like the aircraft is preparing for a meal with a bib around its
neck and a
smile on its face.

...ya...it's past my nap-time and I'm overdue for a rest!

Good imagination.....

Good pics...all of 'em...I'm on my fourth Nikon Cool Pix camera. As good as
they are (and they're a lot better than most people think)...I'd
definitely have
to upgrade by $1500 for a camera to take this quality...plus the opportunity to
get close to these classics.

I suspect there is a fair amount of post processing with Photoshop
going on but, they are really nice pictures. I also suspect there
were more than a few others that didn't make the cut.

Do you have any decent airshows up in your neck of the woods? A great
place to get up close and personal with a lot of classics. If not,
put the Planes of Fame museum airshow on your calendar 04 - 05 May
2019. It is a fantastic show for classic flying warbirds and you can
you can touch most of them if you ask nicely and bring a pair of
cotton gloves with you.

This video will give you a small taste of what you can expect there,
for me it is like going back to my youth.

Out West in California we still have a few airshows scheduled for this
year with the Capitol Airshow at Mather AFB, September 21, 22, & 23,
and the California International Airshow at Salinas, September 29, & 30.
