5 is standard cockpit crew for an MC-130E or H. Slicks carry 4 routinely.
IIRC the floor limit is 10 for the MC.

Na, a C130 at least 8 in flight, 6 for landing/take off. I guess it may

differing amounts due to variations in different models.
