They aren't neocons. And it is conservative Rebublican economic policies
that have helped make the United States economy so strong.

You missed the point. Art thinks conservatism is a recent invention hence the
term "neocon" which he obviously thinks is a dirty word. I was conservative
long before anyone thought up "neocon" and I believe most of the administration
was too.
