I don't know if the SSA has a record or not. Try contacting the record
keeper listed at the top of the page. Otherwise, I'd suggest you
contact the SSA Ohio State Governor, and ask him. The SSA doesn't
maintain a link to the State Records. Doug has been doing that on his
site as a courtesy.
