I have a put copy at www.newportpeace.co.uk/temp/CONV-EWA.EXE
As Paul says, it has has problems because it wants Full-Screen mode and it
is a 16-bit program and won't run on a on a 64-bit PC.
Both these problems can be solved by running under DOSBOX.
I have written notes on using DOSBOX for these 16-bit programs at:

I had the same problem some years ago, and found a copy of the
CONV-EWA utility. I think it was on the old EW (not EWavionics)
website, which is no longer there, not sure if it's available anywhere
else.
It's an old MS-DOS program, and it won't run on my 64-bit Windows7
PC, but luckily I had an old laptop kicking around that it would run on
and I converted all of my flights. I can send a copy if you like.

Thanks, Tim (and everyone who responded). The conv-ewa.exe file was what I was looking for and couldn't find. Now that I've got it, as I am a lucky owner of an old Toshiba laptop with Win98 system and broken both USB port and CD drive, I'm trying to find a way to transfer the files to the laptop and launch them. I will let you know when I succeed with the ewt-to-igc conversion, as there is one particular flight from 1997 I'm very curious to look at, my shortest ever non-crash landing/roll-out on approx. 10 meters in a PW-5.
