Sounds unlikely for a fully operational EF Typhoon. However, it's
possible those parts of the envelope have not yet been certified.
After all, until you're 100% certain about the zero visibility
equipment you really don't want to be taking off in fog.

Oh for God's sakes then... park it next to a B-2 which has the same problems.

If they have a problem my bet would be induction icing. Bones and
F-16's have that problem since the inlets are below the aircraft close
to the ground. Basically if you have visible moister below a certain
temperature the lowered air pressure of fast moving air causes the
water being sucked into the inlet to freeze and FOD the blades.
Usually doesn't FOD them out too badly, but can bend blades and lead
to down time. The B-2 wouldn't have that particular problem.
