I am not sure that Vox Populi is even just one single person. I think, due to
the huge volume of cross posted output, that Vox Populi (and others of that
ilk) is/are an organization of people all committed to some particular
political slant.

More then likely, these are the propaganda mouthpieces of some group posting
through anonymous remailers.
