Default Brit 'prisoners', held by Iran

It's unwise to second-guess the actions of folks who - in this case - have so far been denied consular access by their captors or some transparent means of free communication.

Personally, I seriously doubt that any "apologies" were freely and openly given. Let's cut them some slack until the Brits are able to repatriate them, and we learn more about what really happened.
