I'm looking for a MS FS98 panel, published in 99. It is the Boeing
737-300 Photo Real Panel by Ralph Tofflemire.

The panel was published in 99 and unfortunately it is not available
anymore. Even though it is still listed on some shareware sites, the
download itself is not offered anymore, mainly with the remark, that
the product is not available anymore.

Can someone give me a source where to get this "antique" software?
I tried everything to find the panel:
1. order via simpilot.com which failed, because the product is not on
sale anymore
2. comprehensive search on the web, e.g. avsim file library,
newsgroups, etcetera.
3. I also have already contacted the successor of Ralph's Tofflemire)
Panel Shop, www.panelshop.com, but I did not get a reply yet and I
guess they want to sell their Ready-for-Pushback bundle.

I look forward reveiving any kind of information or source for the
737-200 photorealistic panel for FS98.
