Default Beal AFB TFR ???

Planning a trip from Tacoma, WA to San Diego I find a security TFR for Beal

It's not every day. In fact, I think it's only a couple times per month, but
I haven't looked in a while, so perhaps they've increased them...

Will they clear you through it, or must you go around? I'll be around 7500'
and if I can't go through it would be easier to go around rather than
dropping down below 4100'

I haven't read the TFR in a while, but I believe they say that you need to
be in contact with the controller and have a transponder code, etc. If you're
not sure, you can call the managing facility. Their number is provided in the
TFR text.

Reading the TFR is pretty confusing (to me at least) it seems to be
implemented daily for 2 or 3 hour blocks of time.

What are they doing?

The TFRs used to say they were conducting unmanned aircraft tests. Now, they
just say they are 'security related' - but they look the same (size, times of
day, etc.) so I think they are probably still doing unmanned operations.
