Having spoken with an officer who was there, what Mike said is pretty
much how it was described to me.

On the day in question, conditions even a few moments before the incident didn't look bad and a downburst of the magnitude experienced were not forecast.

Anyway, it's good training for them - they may have to fight in the rain!
