Depends.
Any pilot on a cross country into an unknown airfield will (or should)
be carrying an AIP
No matter where they are in the world.
For the circuit pattern look at the square outside the Tower
That's why they teach circuit rejoins.
BTW
Do you know what to do to work in a circuit nonaudio?
Do they still teach that ?
