find a place for air to vent out the tail other than up the vertical and

the top (not my preference). There would be access for air to flow if the
battery or tail weights were not installed in the tail. The only holes in
the vertical stabilizer's rear spar other that hole filled by the ballast
weight are two small holes for the control cables. Any thoughts?
