Pawnee PA25 Lead (Pb) contamination
About 5 years ago our Pawnee was taken down to bare metal, repainted
frame, new covering and upholstery, and no hopper. No bad smells.

Yeah, but that third eye growing out of the back of your head makes it easier to lookout for traffic!
Plus, the odor of the chemicals pretty much masks the smell of the CO from the exhaust coming in through the main gear attach openings - unless you are a wuss and install the original Piper gear seals...
