I use SeeYou. Simple to add a second flight and play them at the same
time.

1) Open the first flight's IGC file by selecting File Open
2) Open the second flight's IGC file by selecting Edit Add Flight...

Simple. Both flights can be run at the same time in all modes.

NOTE: You may or may not be asked about copying the task from one IGC
to the other. I always choose "No".
