This is an obvious case of LTE (loss of tail motor cotrol effectiveness).
Since youre in ground effect in the chair the thing you should do is chop
the power (stop drinking coffee) and perform a covering auto. This is
performed by placing both arms over your head until your safely on th ground
and the spinning has stopped.
