Why can't some one at SnF get a restraining order against him then when
he shows up they can have him arrested?

Actually, they issued him a formal trespass warning when they kicked him out
back in the '90s. It's a misdemeanor if he comes on the grounds.

As Richard posted, he'd promised to behave after a previous "permanent"
ejection, and didn't. Since his final ejection in 1998, it's illegal for him to
enter the grounds...but he did last year.

For those who think SnF should give him one more chance, consider: He doesn't
keep his word, and he has no compunction about breaking the law. How, exactly,
is Sun and Fun supposed to trust him?

The difference with a restraining order is that he would have gone to
the gray-motel for a few days.
