Default Help needed with pic

It was a Chinese airline. The engine was secured from
rotation by the use of seat belt extenders. It had landed
in Germany and the Germany's grounded the airplane.

|I remember seeing (a couple of years ago, perhaps) a 747 of
some
| Chinese airline where the blades of one of the turbines
was actually
| immobilized using an assortment of bandage-like tapes. The
pic was at
| once a hilarious and scary. I remember now that I'd failed
to save the
| pic, which isn't smart.
|
| If anyone knows what I'm referring to and remembers a URL
for the pic,
| I'd be glad for the information, thanks in advance.
