Well.. Most of them can auto-rotate.. while the V-22... can't...
it also has a unique 5000 psi hydraulic system. Very finicky

Most new a/c have 8000 psi systems.

Because what the hydraulics do in the V-22 is very complex in a very
constricted environment.
