For a start you need some simple stabilisation on the camera. Those hand held selfies to camera are wobbly as hell. The rest is pretty great. Mounting the gopro on the canopy with the suction cup would be better than on your shoulder. I've never seen any glider owner object to doing that. Although good job on keeping the gliders below in shot.
