There is a remote PTT button for the A 14 that you can attach to the
stick or brake handle. You can clip the radio to your shoulder harness
and it´s small enough that it doesn´t bother much. You kind of have to
talk out of the corner of your mouth but it beats fumbling around with
your left hand when it should be free for the brakes, flaps, etc..
A speaker/microphone is another option but I prefer the remote PTT.
I don´t like headsets in gliders. You can´t listen to the glider well
and they get uncomfortable on long flights.
