Why do you need a 337 if you are only install installing factory parts per factory drawings? You aren't modifing anything, just installing optional original equipment.
As I understand it this only requires a logbook entry by an A&P.
If you have to owner produce the parts, I don't think that changes anything as long as you can reasonably certify they match the factory drawing.
