Perlan used to have a newsletter you could sign up to, but that's
become rather hit & miss in the last year. OTOH the blog seems to get
updated whenever there's something to report.

When Perlan is flying, there's a "virtual cockpit" here...

Does anybody know what today's flight was about?

I caught it, by trying out the 'virtual cockpit' URL, at a bit below
12000 and some distance south of El Calafete. Initially it seemed to
almost hold height before gliding back to the field, shedding height and
landing.

The flight was in weak wave, but usable for pilot training, flutter
testing using the built-in wing oscillators, systems checks, and
operations experience.
