It's not immediately obvious from the posting but it seem you have to
download the Excel file and then filter on the change date to find the
recent changes.

Of immediate interest to me is the change for LS-8, Discus, and
ASW-28. *It's going to make it just a bit harder to beat the 15m guys
in our handicap club series. *Here are the 2011 changes I extracted
but it may not format very well.

On the other hand, the gap of 0.88 to 0.925 between ASW27 and D2/28
was surely too big, so bringing standard up to 0.915 seems pretty
reasonable.
Anyone with a 604 at 23.5 with 0.835 should get a saw and cut it down
to 22 / 0.865
