Default Twin Acro inflight failure

A few days ago, a Twin Acro III has lost a wing during aerobatic
training. Both pilots have safely come to land with their parachutes.
The accident happened at about 1200m (3600ft), over the airfield of
"Torre Alfina" in the province of Viterbo (central Italy).
The wreckage is now under examination by the civil aviation authority
and the safety agency.

The pilots have declared that the flight envelope has been carefully
respected.
