Jim, As far as I know, there is not. The closest would be the Yahoo
group ASW20Owners, which is at:

There is a discussion on The Glider Forum at:
http://www.gliderforum.com/
A few years ago there was a page devoted to the ASW-19 over at the
Tidewater Soaring site, but it's gone now.
