Default Wings have lots of surface area!

If you plan to have your airplane painted in the future,
don't use a wax with silicone in it. It's hard to get off and even the
tiniest trace of silicone will repel the paint, resulting in "fisheye"
and making the job much more difficult, as well as heavier and more
expensive because of the extra refinishing to cover it. Been there,
done that.

Any good professional painter will add "fisheye preventer" to the paint
before spraying these days, as the finish with no silicone is rare.
Silicone is present in a lot more than wax, like vinyl protectants,
rubber preservatives, and so on... so it's almost guaranteed to be there.

Anti-fisheye, anti-cratering, "flow out", whatever a finish manufacturer
calls it... additives simply make the surface one giant fisheye, add no
weight, and don't cost much. The only downside is that once the spray
gear is contaminated, you need to always use the stuff.
