THe rest of the stuff you mentioned (lubrication, greasing, and such) is
preventative MAINTENANCE, not inspection.

On a point of pedantry (this being Usenet), he said annual, not annual
*inspection*. The inspection bit is just part of the annual (prior to
actual repairs).
