There ws a Jim Miller who owned STC's. He had an FBO at Horseshoe Bay, later
set up an av biz at HYI San Marcos, then moved to Boerne Stage airport. He
was involved, I believe, in the devlopment of the pusher race plane, "Pushy
Galore."Don't know if this is the same individual you refer to. However, he is
deceased.


you can search the FAA's STC database and maybe find it that way.
