"Contest organizers cannot mandate Flarm mode used by individual pilots"

This issue could be solved easily by merely adding "in stealth" between Flarm and mode.

If I am in a contest and someone is flying stealth mode on their Flarm, I expect we will have a serious discussion about that. I believe stealth mode should be banned in the US.
