Hi Bob,

Yes, "t" stands for thickness. FWIW, given the nature of the project,
I'd just make life easy & calculate the setback and bend allowance
based on a 1/8" or greater radius. Wouldn't have to mess with a
torch, less risk to the workpiece & a less sharp (safer) corner in the
cockpit.

Oops! I missed that one. Indeed, the lower case 't' does stand for
thickness.
