Been wondering about that myself. Since the Hawker has finally been
released, we can figure that the NTSB doesn't need it for their
investigation any longer, and we can guess that they're probably done
with the Schleicher bits as well.

My guess is that if the glider wreckage doesn't show up on one of the
salvage sites this week or next, then the adjusters have decided that
the maximum bid probably won't even cover the cost of the auction, and
just sent it off to the dump.
