I've been flooded at OSH camping, too. A nice new tent and some quality time
with a tube of seam-sealer has now eliminated that particular failure mode, I hope.

That won't help when the flood comes in from BELOW. Trust me on this
one. Get thyself a queen-sized air mattress -- one of the 8-inch tall
ones.

The floor of the tent may still get wet, but you'll be "high and
dry".... Our mattress has changed OSH camping from an endurance
event, to one of true luxury. It's literally as comfortable as our bed
at home, and WAAY more comfortable than any dorm or motel bed.

6 months and counting.

Negative -- only five months and three weeks to go!
