I have a book of plans for the Bede BD-4. I found it an LA bookstore as
a big new paperback titled "Build Your Own Plane". This was considered
quite a worthy design, as I recall. The tube spar was possibly a
sourcing difficulty, but the idea of clamping glass wing cells to the
spar was cute.
