![]() Whats with mooz and Adam aircraft? Didn't last year he have some sort of gripe with them for taking their new jet to a fly-in? In todays blog he came down on them for doing what alot of others have done. He is barking about the Certification claims of Adam. They claim that they are FAA certificated. He doesn't like the fact that they don't spell out restrictions they have in their Type Certificate data sheet.Nearly every Certificated item has restrictions on it. All homebuilts are certificated and they have restrictions as to where they can fly,no passengers ect for the first few hours. Same for 135 or 121 operators they have op specs that restrict them and they don't publish them and they are still Certificated. I guess that will teach them not to advertise on the awful news nutwork. Frank M.Hitlaw Jakarta,Indonesia |

After all the free design work he did for them, they're still pretending it's *their* design. ry -- How long before the revelation that he test flew it at mach 3 in an outside loop?? Harry K |
