The BLACK Book presentation
About four or five years ago at the SSA Convention, someone delivered
a presentation on "The BLACK Book" - that set of instructions as to what to do - whom to call - priorities etc. for a disaster on your field. Of course the primary concern was an accident on field, but other topics were covered. Does anyone have a link to that presentation? [ Cindy B's post regarding the fire near an airport caused me to bring this up ] If it was possible to format the Black Book as a web document - it could be posted on the SSA Website like a form - and clubs and CBO's could download - enter the key numbers or names and have a great start at a disaster management plan.
