Its a bit sad really, she is mostly intact and one of the props can still
be swung !
A small team of enthusiasts have already collected 2 new Mambas but my guess
is that she will never fly again.

Still parked in the open at White Waltham, Berks, the former home of Fairey
Aviation, where she was born.
There is a whisper that she might yet be tarted up to stand guard duty.

Thanks for posting.

Perhaps they should get together with Aeroventure at Doncaster who seem
to have some of the bits that might be missing. Also, a picture of what
it could look like - taken some 30 years ago.

There is a clue at the bottom of the second pic.
I think it is a 2007 Ricardo, but not sure.

No, taken some 30 years ago, but only scanned into my system in 2007.
