Friday July 15th, 2011 at Harris Hill NY. Haven't been getting much
rain here and the soaring weather has been phenomenal. This is 1 of 3 amazing soaring days this week. 7000FT AGL cloud bases and 6-10 kt thermals. 2 other days the soaring was still above average for this time of year. Come fly region 3 that starts the end of July and this is what you could see. There is no significant rain in the extended forecast so for now this soaring weather is here to stay!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPkKV3VrtVQ |
