A corner of the wing step "tread" is peeling up on my Cherokee 180. Is there
a particular glue or epoxy to use/stay away from? I can just see a big chemical hole being eaten right through my wing... ;-) Thanks! -- PP-ASEL, instrument |

Steve,
Is it strips or one "piece"? if it is one piece it was painted on wing walk compound. Strips 3M Scotch 1300L. It's like 2 pieces. Each about 2.5 feet long & 1.5 feet wide. They "overlap"
a bit right in front of the door jam. Where the top/front one lays on top of the bottom/back one, it's rolling up a bit on the outside corner. I've got a billion pics of the plane but no good ones of the wing tread. "Michelle P" wrote in message k.net... It had the adhesive already installed - just had to clean the surface, peel, and apply. -Nathan |
