I think the XL's cabin is an inch or two longer than the HD so you should be fine. Rudder pedal adjustments and seat cushion thickness will let just about anybody fit in there comfortably. The seating is compact. You sit knees high, butt low; your knees are
hanging over the spar carrythrough. Just because the canopy doesn't hit your head doesn't mean you'll like it. The canopy comes down pretty close to the side of your head on your left side. Find a way to sit in one before you decide (go to the factory). If you're a big guy, think about tandem seating or an side by sit plane that will allow you to sit in the middle when you fly solo. I've found it uncomfortable having to rub shoulders with the other occupant while you sweat in the sun under the canopy during taxi. Regards (Mick) wrote in message m...
