Portland Hillsboro (HIO) Parking/FBO Recommendations

I will be flying into Portland Hillsboro (HIO) for a few nights. Is
there a transient area or must I park at an FBO? I will be walking to
the Max/TriMet station, so the closer the better. Any FBO
recommendations?

Eagle Flight Center is there, but I'm pretty sure there is still transient
tie-down near the main airport terminal area. (Look for the mushroom-shaped
fueling island.)

The road right outside the terminal and adjacent to Eagle is a major
thoroughfare with Tri-Met access that will take you right to the Max line.
