This was at Paso Robles, CA and appears to be some sort of project,
with work in progress.
Does anybody have any idea of ID.
The only reg. marking I could find was this: N45853

Cessna 140 owned by someone with a lot of time and energy on their hands.
It's hard to imagine how much time and effort it would take to achieve the
mirror finish, much less to maintain it in that condition.

Not a C140! It is a Luscombe 8A. C140s have spring steel landing gear
and sit lower.
