![]() Hello to all, I am an engineering student writing a research paper on the safety of ageing aircraft for a transportations class, and would like to know some opinions from those who have first hand knowledge....Thanks in advance, Justin I fly a 1946 Piper Cub. It is maintained by the same men who rebuilt it a few years ago, and I trust their work. We are not permitted to spin the Cubs, at least in part because of their age. I know of no other restrictions on them. all the best -- Dan Ford email: (put CUB in subject line) see the Warbird's Forum at www.warbirdforum.com and the Piper Cub Forum at www.pipercubforum.com |
