Panel Overlay repair

I recently saw an article in KitPlanes (I think) about how to repair /
rebuild a plastic instrument panel overlay. Whichever mag I saw it
in, I've managed to throw away. Anyone know what issue this was?
Could you email me a copy?

I saw that article, and because I saw it it couldn't have been in
"Kitplanes" because I don't have a subscription to "Kitplanes"
anymore.

Must either be in "Sport Aviation" or "Experimenter". Their librarian
would be able to help you find it.
